Play-reading sessions
Monthly play-reading sessions for the over 50s
28 April, 19 May, 16 June, 14 July 11.30am – 1.30pm
Every month this informal playreading and shared discussion focuses on different themes linked to work produced in the main house.
Sessions £5 each with free tea and coffee!

Story-boxes
These boxes have been compiled to help bring the following books alive for your pupils…
The Highwayman; Boy in the Girl’s Bathroom; Streetchild; Myths and Legends; Evacuees & WW2
Cost £25 per week + VAT

Write Stuff
Adult Writing Class – 5 sessions spread over ten weeks.
Summer term starts: Monday 26 April
Autumn term starts: Monday 27 September
These practical workshops focus on scriptwriting with guidance from professional writers.
£50 per term

Fun-Key Choir
Tuesdays 7 – 8.30pm
Singing group for anyone aged 16. Come and join in the fun – unusual songs, unusual venue!
£50 per term

Act 1 – Beginners Call…
Wednesdays 7.30 – 9pm
Theatre classes for adults. No experience necessary!
£50 per term

The Backstage Club
Thursdays 6 – 8pm
For young people aged 14 – 19. Learn new skills in stage management, lighting, set
design and props making!
£50 per term

Act 2 – Enter Stage Right
Fridays 6.30 – 8.30pm
Theatre classes for adults. For those with more experience and a passion for creating.
£50 per term

Play-making
Mondays 5 – 6.30pm
For young people aged 12 –15yrs. Looking at all aspects of play-making including devising, mask, writing and more.
£40 per term

Ballet Boys!
Wednesdays 8.30 – 9.30pm
For males aged 16 – 25 yrs. Dance and movement class with no girls allowed!
£25 per term

Happy Feet
Wednesdays 3.45 – 5pm
For children aged 4 -7 yrs. Music, drama, dance and fun!
£30 per term

With the exception of Write Stuff, classes are for ten weeks and begin:
Spring term w/c 26 April 2010
Autumn term w/c 13 September 2010
