Online booking

Click on the button next to the show of your choice and follow the instructions. Booking is quick, easy and secure. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order and your tickets will be waiting for you at the Box Office.

Ticket agents

You can book tickets at Tourist Information Centres in Scarborough, Malton, Pickering, Whitby and Filey.

Donation

In the run up to our 60th anniversary, customers will be asked if they would like to make an optional 60p donation towards the upkeep of the iconic SJT building.

Concessions

Available to those receiving state retirement pension or unemployment benefits, full-time students and children aged 16 and under.

To those receiving disability allowance and to one helper, tickets are available at the lowest price for that performance.

£1 off red performances and films

Groups

£2.50 off ticket prices for groups of 10+.

Available on red and green performances excluding Saturday evenings, no other concessions or discounts apply.

Concessions, including groups, are subject to availability and are dependent on remaining capacity.

It is the customer's responsibility to ask for a concession and identification may be required.

Re-sales and exchanges

We must have the ticket at the Box Office to perform a re-sale or exchange. We will attempt to re-sell tickets on the customer's behalf if we receive them within 3 days of the performance. More than three days prior we will exchange them for another performance for a fee of £1 per ticket.

Late-comers

Anyone arriving once the performance has begun will not be admitted until a suitable break, which, on occasion, may be the interval.

Some of our shows may contain strong language and/or adult content. Customers are advised to contact the box office with any concerns, before booking tickets.
