Youth Theatre

Interested in seeing, making and performing theatre?  If you're aged between 4-18 years and want the opportunity to work with professional theatre practitioners and perform onstage every year – join Rounders, the SJT Youth Theatre!

We run weekly sessions where you will learn performance skills and work towards devised and scripted shows. Most of our classes are currently in outdoor venues, unless stated otherwise, due to the pandemic. Sessions are led by experienced practitioners and each class is designed for a specific age range. We now integrate Arts Awards into our regular sessions - click here for more details.

What do young people think of OutReach classes?

“Rounders gave me the confidence to take the world head on, and now the world is at my feet, and I could not have done it without them.”
Frankie Leach

“Go for it. Anyone with a creative ability is doing themselves a disservice by not doing it!”
Billy Howle, actor

“You have really allowed me to flourish and
show my acting to its full potential.”
