Sponsoring a seat at SJT is a wonderful way to show your support of our work on stage and in the local community. The money raised from seat sponsorship goes straight into our charity.
You might want to dedicate a seat in memory of a loved one – it’s a fitting way to mark those precious memories together. Or, you might want to celebrate a special occasion, such as a big birthday or retirement. You’ll be supporting our work in many different ways , from subsidising youth theatre, or providing activities for isolated older people, to supporting new work and the talent of tomorrow. You’ll also be looking after our historic building for years to come by conserving our special art deco features and keeping up audience comfort.

A seat in The Round - £500
A seat in The McCarthy - £400

Your own personal plaque on the chosen seat
A personalised certificate of seat sponsorship
Sponsor name printed on all tickets booked for your seat
Sponsor credit in all SJT produced show programmes for the year sponsored
Sponsor name on our digital displays in the SJT
Every seat sponsorship will remain in place for a minimum of 10 years from purchase.
Don’t forget to Gift Aid if you’re able to. If you’re a UK taxpayer, we’re able to claim back 25% of your donation, making your gift go further with us. Thank you.

FAQ's
Re-sales & exchanges: We must have the ticket at the Box Office in order to perform a re-sale or exchange. We regret we cannot refund money but four or more days prior to the performance we will exchange it for an alternative performance, within three days of the performance we will attempt to re-sell the ticket on your behalf. Both services are subject to a charge of £1.50 per ticket. Latecomers: Anyone arriving once the performance has begun will not be admitted until a suitable break which, on occasion, may be the interval. Content: Where possible we do indicate if strong language and/or adult content is used. Customers are advised to contact the Box Office with any concerns before booking tickets. Please note: the re-sale of tickets is prohibited.
